Resting Dragon / Awakens Mind - Qigong is designed specifically to work with:
a - the entire spine from Cervical 1 to Lumbar 5, releasing accumulated strictures and tension from the interconnected muscles, tendons and ligaments, allowing for freer mobility and increased spinal flexibility.
b - the joints of the fingers, wrists, elbows, shoulders, toes, ankles, knees and hips in conjunction with the underlying connections of their related muscles, tendons and ligaments, reducing inflammation and pain and developing sustainable endurance and strength.
c - Relaxing and strengthening the entire musculoskeletal system of the body, regaining the state of feeling rooted, centered and physically balanced, without stress, tension of strain, quite naturally.
