This massage is designed for those clients that prefer to have the therapist concentrate on specific areas that are traditional problem spots for a great many people. In this class the students will learn a therapeutic technique that incorporates trigger points, compression, stretching and deep tissue massage. Special emphasis will be placed on "body mechanics." It has been said the working life of the massage therapist is short, but this does not have to be the case if proper body mechanics are employed.
